Description
This is a new-in-box vintage alarm clock featuring both Kimba and Kitty. It includes the original instruction book, guarantee card (both in Japanese), and battery! (The clock runs on one "C" battery.) The expiration date on the battery is "81-09", suggesting that this clock is from the late 1970s.



I did not want to unwrap this clock, so I took pictures of a similar clock from my own personal collection, so that you may see details better:



Notice that the second hand has a butterfly on the end, carrying on the symbolism from the manga and TV show.

The clock stands 9.5 inches high (with the ring on top upright). The face is nearly 4 inches in diameter. The bell by itself is 2 5/16 inches high.

The plain brown box is complete but has some spots. The battery is housed in its own separate internal box and has not leaked, although its charge is very low.
